The Adidas Trionda is the official match ball of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, hosted across Canada, Mexico, and the United States. Its name blends “Tri” (three) and “Onda” (wave in Spanish) — a Triple Wave for the tournament’s three host nations.
Built with just four thermally bonded panels — the fewest ever for a World Cup ball — and packed with a 500Hz VAR chip inside one panel, the Trionda is the most technically advanced football ever made.
